You can now purchase your 2024 entry tickets to Machu Picchu online

The Peruvian Ministry of Culture announced the launch of a new system to obtain your Machu Picchu entrance tickets, which will only be available online from now on.

The 2024 tickets to the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu and the Inca Trail will be available to purchase online. According to the Ministry of Culture in Peru, from December 20th, 2023, the tuboleto.cultura.pe platform will allow visitors to get tickets online to avoid crowds.

According to the press release, it is crucial to correctly organize the visit schedule since it is determined that travelers will only have a thirty-minute admission tolerance.

It is important to note that Ministerial Resolution No. 000508-2023-MC, which was recently published in El Peruano, the official Government newspaper, strengthens the sustainable use of this site and provides a regulatory mechanism that allows for the implementation of concrete actions to monitor the flow of visitors to Machu Picchu.

The website is tuboleto.cultura.pe, which now offers Peru's most significant tourism destinations. Those who want to buy the tickets must complete the following steps:

  4. Buy the tickets with your payment preferences.
