Eating well can completely change the way you experience a trek through the Andes. At TreXperience, every menu is designed to provide energy, variety, and flavor throughout the journey, especially at remote campsites. Our cooks combine fresh Andean ingredients such as quinoa, corn, and potatoes with traditional Peruvian recipes. 
Their constant training helps them improve their cooking techniques, food presentation, and safe food-handling practices in the mountains. We also prepare vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals, as well as menus for other dietary restrictions, at no additional cost when requested in advance.

On some adventures, travelers can take part in cooking classes and help prepare traditional Andean dishes such as Pachamanca. In this way, every meal nourishes the body while bringing you closer to the heart of Peruvian culture.
