We partner with trusted payment systems like WeTravel, TourRadar, and PayPal to ensure your payment is secure. When you book with TreXperience, we request an initial deposit to secure your permits, hotels, and transportation. However, we don’t withdraw this money right away. Instead, your payment stays in a trust fund until you complete your tour. This way, if something unexpected happens and you need to modify or cancel your trip, your refund is processed directly to your account. Your peace of mind is our priority, so you can book with confidence, knowing your money is safe.

Convenient Baggage Storage

When you arrive in Peru and Cusco, you’ll likely be traveling with large pieces of luggage. However, when heading to Machu Picchu, the Inca Trail, or even the Amazon rainforest, we recommend traveling as light as possible.

For the Inca Trail or similar treks, you can only carry a daypack. We will provide you with a duffel bag where you can pack up to 7 kilos of your personal items. This limit is because our porters carry all the food, equipment, and other necessities during the trek.

If you’re traveling by train to Machu Picchu, the train company limits your luggage to a small bag weighing up to 5 kilos. The rest of your belongings, such as larger luggage, should be stored in Cusco. Most hotels in Cusco offer free storage. However, if you're staying at a different hotel or prefer to store your luggage with us, we’re happy to help. You can leave your bags in our secure storage room while you travel, and on your last day, we’ll deliver them to your new hotel.
