We are committed to empowering women, and creating space for them to really succeed in the tourism industry. We actively hire young women for the roles of assistant chefs, assistant guides and office roles, and we give them the opportunity to grow and develop their skills. After some time, many of these women become leader chefs, main tour guides, and fill key positions in accounting, finance, logistics and more. This is how we empower women; we give them the tools they need to succeed. In reality, 70% of our office staff are women and we are proud to have been the champion for gender equality and balanced workforce
