7 months 2 weeksMy name is Ayde Pedraza Uchicua, and I studied Archaeology at the National University of Cusco. I specialize in architecture and cultural heritage management, with a focus on research, restoration, and conservation of archaeological sites. I love to travel frequently to explore and evaluate new places.
I am passionate about reading, drawing, and photography, and I have been working for the Ministry of Culture for six years as part of the technical research team at the archaeological sites of Choquequirao, Maria Fortaleza-Taqrachullo-Espinar, Kanamarka-Espinar, Markapata-Cusco, and Waqrapukara-Acomayo-Cusco. For me, each trip is a unique opportunity to acquire new knowledge and understand the importance of these ancient sites.
