The travel agency TreXperience and the Municipality of Lares have signed an Interinstitutional Cooperation Agreement to strengthen the development of tourism and handicrafts in the district. This partnership directly benefits residents by promoting their culture, traditions, and products, helping to enhance the community’s economy.
On November 21, TreXperience and the Municipality of Lares formalized an important alliance to combine efforts and resources to benefit the district’s population. The agreement focuses on promoting experiential tourism, revitalizing local handicrafts, and strengthening the regional economy through concrete actions along the Lares tourist route in Cusco.
TreXperience will actively promote the district’s tourist attractions, treks, traditional festivals, and artisanal crafts as part of the agreement. The agency also pledged to support the artisan sector by encouraging the commercialization and appreciation of locally crafted products.
