TreXperience Day Tours Policy
To book day tours such as Humantay Lake, Rainbow Mountain, Maras Moray, Sacred Valley, city tours, or any other tour that doesn't include Machu Picchu, you can cancel the tour and get a full refund up to 72 hours before the tour date. Please note that this policy only applies to day tours that do not involve Machu Picchu or hotels.
Multiday Machu Picchu tours - Tours with hotel
To book tours with TreXperience, you must pay an initial deposit of $200 for standard tours and $400 for luxury tours and packages, and 30% initially for customized multiday tours. This initial deposit is required for your Inca Trail permits, train tickets, hotel booking, and tour organizing.
The initial payment is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances; however, in the case of travel restrictions that might prevent you from traveling specifically to Peru, you will be able to transfer your initial deposit to a future date with no fees. All date changes or cancellations must be requested 72 hours before the tour departure date without fees.
Please note that this benefit only applies when travel restrictions or similar force majeure events prevent you from traveling to Peru.
Book with Confidence policy
Our flexible booking policy allows you to cancel or change your tour dates for free at any time before 72 hours to the departure date. However, please remember that the initial payment is not refundable. But you can change your travel dates without extra costs or even transfer your booking to a friend or family member if travel restrictions or force majeure events prevent you from traveling to Peru. This way, with TreXperience, your deposit won't go to waste.
To utilize this policy, you must select new dates or cancel your trip at least 72 hours before your tour starts. This applies only to tour dates affected by travel restrictions or in the case of significant, unexpected events.
