Itinerary at a glance:
Day 1: Arrival in Cusco – City tour (half-day)
TreXperience will pick you up from the airport in Cusco and transfer you to the hotel. Afternoon City Tour: Visit Plaza de Armas, important streets, Koricancha, Sacsayhuaman, Quenqo, Tambomachay, Pucapuacra, and Cristo Blanco. Spend the night in Cusco.
Day 2: Sacred Valley – Maras Moray – Aguas Calientes (Full day)
After Breakfast in your hotel, your tour guide will pick you up at 7:00 am to drive to the Sacred Valley and visit Awancancha, Pisac Inca Site, Pisac Market, Maras, Moray, Salineras, Ollantaytambo, and finally, take the Expedition train to Aguas Calientes and spend the night in a hotel.
Day 3: Machu Picchu – Cusco (Full day)
Board the first buses to Machu Picchu to enjoy the sunrise. Your guide will show you the best of Machu Picchu on a 2-3 hour guided tour; then, you can explore or hike Huayna Picchu or Montaña. Later in the afternoon, you will return by Expedition train and bus to Cusco.
Day 4: Transfer out (At any time)
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred to the airport or bus station.

Full Itinerary of Best of Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu Tour
Day 1: Arrival in Cusco – City tour (half-day)
We will pick you up from the Cusco airport and transfer you to your hotel in the heart of Cusco. After checking in, you can spend the rest of the morning relaxing (we recommend arriving in Cusco early). At 1:00 PM, your tour guide will meet you at your hotel to begin exploring the city of Cusco, the capital of the great Inca Empire.
Highlights of the tour include Plaza de Armas, where the most important buildings are located, such as the Cathedral of Cusco, notable streets and neighborhoods, the famous 12-angled stone, Loreto Street, and the Coricancha. From there, we'll drive to visit iconic sites such as Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara, Tambomachay, and Cristo Blanco. The tour is expected to conclude around 5:30 PM, when we'll return to the city.

Day 2: Sacred Valley – Maras Moray – Aguas Calientes (Full day)
At 7:00 AM, you will be picked up from your Cusco hotel and driven to the Alpaca Center. Learn more about the South American camelids: llamas, alpacas, vicuñas, and guanacos. The next 20 minutes will be spent traveling to Mirador Taray, from which you will have panoramic views of the Sacred Valley. The next stop on our journey is the Pisac Inca site and the Local Market, where we will immerse ourselves in the vibrant indigenous market and engage in active bargaining.
We will continue through the Sacred Valley to Urubamba. Here, we will enjoy a buffet lunch at a local restaurant and savor the region's vibrant flavors.
After lunch, our driver takes us to the circular terraces of Moray, which shed light on Inca agricultural techniques. We then travel to Maras and the Salineras of Maras, where the ancient Inca tradition of salt harvesting is still practiced. Ollantaytambo is commonly referred to as 'The Last Living Inca Town.' This ancient settlement houses some of the most pristine Inca architectural masterpieces.
After dinner in Ollantaytambo, we will board a train heading to Aguas Calientes (also known as Machu Picchu Pueblo). We will spend the night in a local hotel, preparing for the upcoming excursions.

Day 3: Machu Picchu – Cusco (Full Day)
On our final day, we will wake up very early to prepare for the most amazing day at Machu Picchu—the Lost City of the Incas. After breakfast, we will head directly to the queue and wait for one of the first buses to take us to Machu Picchu before sunrise.
Your tour guide will provide a 2-3 hour comprehensive guided tour of the city, showcasing the best terraces, temples, and palaces. Afterwards, you will have time to explore on your own or climb Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain (which must be booked as far in advance as possible). Following your Machu Picchu visit, you will take the Expedition Train back to Ollantaytambo and then a private van back to Cusco, arriving at approximately 7:30 PM.

To get the student discount, travelers should have a Valid ID with the following:
- 25 years or less at the time of entering Machu Picchu. Older than 25 can not enter as a student
- The ID must have the Name of the university, name, and photo of the student
- The ID must have a valid expiration date

Student IDs are not eligible for a discount when:
